Around 60 ladies attended the women’s health seminar hosted by Community Hospital-Fairfax on Saturday, September 26.

Vendors provided a variety of homemade goods and merchandise.

Community Hospital-Fairfax hosted a women’s health seminar at the Community Building in Tarkio, Missouri, on Saturday, September 26. Around 60 were in attendance to hear from Jessica Bowman, F.N.P., about mental health for women today; Kasey McDonald, D.O., who spoke on arthritis education; Trennon Roarty, P.T., D.P.T., who spoke about understanding your pelvic floor; and Shelbie Graham, D.N.P., who spoke on perimenopause and menopause.

The doors opened at 8:00 a.m. with a continental breakfast and shopping at the vendors’ booths. Vendors were Milton Mercantile, Shan’s Goodies Galore, Huckleberry Gardens, Tulsa Rose Boutique, KG Buds Designs by Jay, Trudy Baker, CH-F Heart Health, CH-F Radiology and CH-F Auxiliary. The event closed with a salad luncheon and more shopping.
