Around 100 athletes from the area came to Rock Port Sunday, May 3, to compete in the annual youth track meet at Blue Jay Stadium. Hosted by the Rock Port Youth Athletics Association, the event had youngsters competing in the 50, 100, 200, and 400 meter dashes, 800 meter run, standing and running long jumps, and tennis and softball throws in their respective age groups.
